Prettybird uses Australia Post and a variety of accredited couriers to ship both domestic and international orders, always ensuring your order gets to you in the shortest possible timeframe.

All orders and postage charges are in $AUD. Shipping times vary depending on your location* and commence once your order has been dispatched.

FAQs

When will my order be dispatched?
Prettybird wants your new outfit in your hands ASAP, so all orders are picked, packed and processed within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.

How will I know if my order is delayed?
If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you by email (so please double check your email address is correct at checkout).

We will always endeavour to process your order in a timely manner and provide realistic delivery guidelines. However, in peak/sale periods, please expect possible delays.

What if I want to make changes to my order?
To make changes to your order please contact us ASAP.

Once ordered and your payment has been processed, any changes must be made as a new order or are subject to our returns policy.

What if I enter my address incorrectly?

We can update incorrect shipping details up until the order is dispatched. Once sent, we are unable to make changes and take no responsibility for delayed or lost/stolen goods.

If you have provided incorrect shipping details, please contact us ASAP, including your order number and with 'Incorrect shipping information' at the top of your message. We will do our best to work with you and Australia Post to locate your order.

Where is my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number via email.

While we cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost/stolen goods once your order has left Prettybird HQ, we will always do our best to support you.
