If the item does not fit or you're not happy with your purchase please take advantage of our flexible exchange service. Please refer to our returns policy below for our full terms & conditions. 

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, in new and unused condition with all original labels/tags attached.
  2. Items must be unaltered, undamaged and unwashed, while in the customer’s possession.
  3. Free from any markings, make-up, self tanner, odours, pet hair, perfumes, deodorant and washing powder.
  4. For health reasons and personal hygiene, swimwear, underwear, activewear, bodysuits, braceletes, earrings not eligible for return.
  5. Shoes must be tried on indoors.

Australian Returns:

All items can be returned within 14 days of purchase date for a store credit. Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used sitewide.

Please send returns to PRETTYBIRD PO BOX 1791, Rozelle NSW 2039. Include either your packing slip that came along with your order, or a print out of your confirmation email.

Contact us and let us know you are sending your parcel back so we can keep an eye out for it.

Please ensure you use a tracking parcel and keep a copy of that number.

Please note that shipping costs will be your responsibility.

  • Full priced can be returned for store credit.
  • Products in our SALE or FINAL CLEARANCE category cannot be returned or exchanged unless its faulty.
  • If you've purchased more than one size of the exact same item, you are able to return the additional sizes for a full refund to your original payment method. If you return all sizes, you will get a store credit for one of the sizes.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, i.e unwashed, unworn and with all tags/buttons attached.
  • Any items received by PRETTYBIRD that are not in keeping with the above will be returned to you.
  • Please note: We cannot accept returns/exchanges for hygiene reasons on all headwear, jewellery, swimwear, underwear and hats.
  • In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will refund, replace or repair any faulty items.
  • If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us with your order details and a photo of the fault/photo of the product tag and we will sort this out ASAP!

International Returns:

  • If you have placed an order outside of Australia please contact us to organise a return for you. We do not cover the return postage costs for International orders.
